Web Cares Pro provides web maintenance, Linux server administration, hack recovery, SEO web development, and related technical services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or Upwork contract prior to the commencement of any project.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to necessary servers, hosting accounts, and domain registrars as required for us to perform the agreed-upon services. You represent that you have the legal right to grant such access.

4. Payments and Escrow

Payments for services may be processed securely through Upwork Escrow or other agreed-upon invoicing methods. Payment terms, including recurring maintenance fees, will be specified in the individual contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service and implement industry-standard security measures, Web Cares Pro shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
